24 hours notice is required for a full refund to apply. ( 100% cancellation fee applies to cancellations within 24 hrs of departure)
Jungle Adventures:
Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions.
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure.
10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent.
Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.
Go Ride a Wave:
Cancellation (within) between 48 hours – 7 days prior to lessons will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation (within) less than 48 hours prior to program will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
A full refund will be given if lessons are cancelled due to weather/ surf conditions.
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
