ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS · A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. · Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. · 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

Whitsunday Crocodile Safari:

All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of date of travel are non refundable. Booking dates can be changed, without penalty, subject to availability. If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the operator, a full refund will be provided, or the opportunity to change the booking date.

Any tour cancelled within 24 hours of departure or failure to show at the pickup point will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy: Day Tours: Cancellations received within 24hrs prior to departure date and no shows are subject to 100% cancellation fee. Date changes are permitted (subject to availability) Extended Tours: If cancellation occurs more than 61 days prior to departure a cancellation fee of $300 per person will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations occurring less than 60 days prior to departure will incur the following charges: 31-60 days prior 80% of Total, 30 Days or less 100% of Total Price. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Autopia Tours:

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Cancellations: A 100% cancellation fee will apply to confirmed bookings cancelled by you within 48 hours of actual jump date! Rescheduling of your booking within 48 hours incurs a $110 fee!
